I do think, as modern humans, we have very little choice. Certainly, there is a vast illusion of choice, but really, our paths are set from birth in many ways. Morozov’s ‘Maze’ complex contains many illusory choices, passages which appear to follow differing paths, but end at the same destination (though often, not in the same time).
